摘要
新常态下,更需要合理的财政政策以加快中国的转方式、调结构进程,促进创新驱动发展能力、产业竞争力、经济增长质量和效益的提高。本文在研究国外财政政策效应的经验分析文献的基础上,总结了国外学者对财政政策的若干效应的主要观点和客观论据,以期为未来中国"供给侧"改革中的财政政策实践提供历史经验和方法启示。
In the new normal situation, we need a reasonable fiscal policy to accelerate the process of the development mode changing and the structure adjusting of China, to promote our innovation-driven development ability, industry competitiveness, economic growth quality and efficiency. Based on the empirical analysis of the effects of foreign financial policies, this paper summarizes the main viewpoints and objective facts of foreign scholars＇ opinions to provide some experiences and advices for the supply-side reform in the future.
