摘要
公路工程检测专业校企合作培养人才过程中,采用"校企双赢"的合作模式具有强大的生命力;找准两者之间利益均衡的突破口,寻求化解合作障碍的重要切入点,是课题研究的最终目的。本文以调查报告的形式,通过具体有效的调研及对调查结果的分析总结,归纳了目前校企合作过程当中存在的普遍性问题,并初步探寻了解决问题的思路和对策。
In the process of highway engineering detection major talents cultivating with cooperation between enterprises and universities, adopting＂win-win benefit between enterprises and universities＂mode has strong vitality. Find the breakthrough point of benefit equilibrium between both sides, and seek the important starting point of solving cooperation obstacle, which is the ultimate goal of the research. In this paper, in the form of survey report, through specific effective investigation and the analysis of the survey report, sum up the current general problems in the process of the cooperation between enterprises and universities, and explore the thinking and countermeasures to solve the problems preliminarily.
