摘要
文章提出合肥工业大学工业培训中心的办学理念,介绍了软硬件及师资队伍建设的方案,阐述了以现代大工程为背景进行的教学内容、教学方法和教学手段的改革,以培养学生成为具备工程意识、责任感和创新思维的新世纪高素质人才。
This paper initiates some educational concepts for running of the industrial practice training center and introduces its plans to produce some software and hardware as well as build up the teaching contingent. The paper also explains some designated reforms in teaching content, teaching methods and teaching means under the conditions of big modern projects the purpose of which is to train the students to become high-calibre personnel with high sense of project awareness, responsibility and innovative thinlking.
