摘要
目的:探讨周期素依赖性蛋白激酶抑制物1A相互作用锌指蛋白1(Ciz1)在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色方法观察Ciz1蛋白在80例结肠癌和正常结肠组织中的表达。结果:癌组织中Ciz1蛋白的阳性表达率显著高于正常结肠组织(62.5%vs42.5%,P=0.007),Ciz1蛋白过表达与结肠癌T分期(P=0.027)、淋巴结转移(P=0.033)、M分期(P=0.027)以及AJCC分期(P=0.022)显著相关。结论:Ciz1蛋白过表达可能在结肠癌发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。
Objective： To determine the expression and clinic significance of Ciz1 in colon cancer. Methods： The mRNA levels of Ciz1 of 40 cases colon cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were analyzed by real-time PCR. Ciz1 protein expression and clinical significance were determined by immunohistochemistry on samples from 80 colon cancer patients. Result： The expression of both Ciz1 mRNA and protein was evaluated in cancerous tissues than adjacent normal tissues. Overexpression of Ciz1 protein was significantly correlated with T stage （P=0.027）, LNM（P=0.033）, M stage（P=0 027） and AJCC stage（P=0.022）. Conclusion： Ciz1 may play an important role in the progress of colon tumorigenesis.
