摘要
目的探讨周期素依赖性蛋白激酶8(CDK8)在结肠癌组织中的表达和突变及其与癌组织病理特征的相关性。方法随机选择2011年1月到2014年2月收治的结肠癌患者79例,手术后取结肠癌组织作为观察组,取癌旁组织作为对照组,选择同期结肠镜镜检正常人群43例为正常组。观察各组CDK8阳性表达率,并分析不同病理情况下CDK8的阳性表达率。结果观察组结肠癌CDK8阳性率为74.68%(59/79),高于对照组53.16%(42/79)和正常组25.58%(11/43),对照组CDK8阳性率也高于正常组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅲ+Ⅳ期CDK8阳性表达率高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期,低分化CDK8阳性表达率高于高分化,有淋巴结转移的患者CDK8阳性表达率高于未转移者,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 CDK8在结肠癌中的阳性表达率均明显高于非结肠癌组织,并随着结肠癌分期的增加阳性表达率提高,与结肠癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移有关,CDK8在结肠癌的发生和发展中具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the expression of CDK8 and mutant in colon cancer tissues,and to study its pathological feature and clinical significance. Methods A total of 79 patients with colon cancer were randomly selected from January 2011 to February 2014. All these tissues were considered as the observation group. The tumor adjacent tissues were considered as the control group. 43 cases of the normal population by colonoscopy examination were selected during the same period as the normal group. The positive expression rates of CDK8 was observed and the positive expression rate of CDK8 in different pathological was analyzed. Results Positive rate in observation group of CDK8 in colon carcinoma was 74. 68%( 59 /79),more than that of control group 53. 16%( 42/79) and normal group of 25. 58%( 11 /43). The rate of control group was higher than that in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05). CDK8 positive in III and IV stage were higher than that of I stage and II stage,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05). The low differentiation rate of CDK8 positive were higher than that in well differentiated group,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). The number of patients with CDK8 positive with lymph node metastasis were higher than that without metastasis,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The positive expression of CDK8 in colon cancer rates were significantly higher than non colorectal tissues. This index improves the staging of colorectal cancer with increased positive expression rate,and metastasis of colon cancer differentiation degree and lymph node. CDK8 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
