纤维素酶水解造纸污泥的工艺优化及水解产物分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用纤维素酶对造纸厂二沉池污泥进行水解处理,将污泥中的纤维素水解为小分子还原糖物质,为污泥制备复合材料提供更好的表面特性。探讨了酶水解造纸污泥的适宜工艺条件,进一步对水解产物进行了分析表征。结果表明,当反应温度60℃、p H值5.0、反应时间32.0 h、酶用量60.0 U/g、底物质量分数7.0%时,酶水解效果最好,污泥表面疏水性明显提高;污泥经水解后,其水解液中的化学需氧量和还原糖含量之间存在着良好的对应关系;对水解前后污泥试样的红外光谱分析显示,经纤维素酶水解后污泥中的部分纤维素组分可能水解成了葡萄糖类还原糖。 The optimum conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis of paper mill sludge by cellulose was studied, the suitable technological conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis of paper mill sludge were discussed, and the characterization of the hydrolyzate was further analyzed. The results showed that the optimum conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis of paper mill sludge were as follows : temperature was 60℃, pH value 5.0, the reaction time 32. 0 h, enzyme dosage 60. 0 U/g, substrate concentration 7.0%. After hydrolysis, these was good corresponding relations between oxygen demand (COD) and reducing sugar content of the hydrolysis liquor, infrared spectrum analysis of sludge samples before and after hydrolysis showed that part of cellulose in the sludge probably was hydrolyzed into glucose reducing sugar by enzymatic hydrolysis.
