摘要
用三维有限元方法,通过LUSAS HPM仿真软件分析了复合材料非对称层合板在热载荷、树脂固化收缩载荷下的固化变形情况,建立了材料力学性能、固化收缩量和温度与固化度之间的函数关系,考察了不同非对称铺层条件下层合板热翘曲变形。结果表明:层合板热翘曲变形与固化度、树脂固化收缩情况有着密切的关系,当非对称面出现在开口圆柱体内表面时能有效减少制件热翘曲变形,而非对称面出现在外表面时,制件的热翘曲变形加剧。
Curing deformation of unsymmetrical composite laminates under thermal load and resin curing shrinkage load is analyzed with three-dimensional finite element method and LUSAS HPM simulation software. In this paper,the function relation between mechanical properties of materials,curing shrinkage,temperature and curing degree is established; meanwhile thermal warping deformation of the laminated plates under different asymmetrical spreading conditions is investigated. The result shows that laminate thermal buckling deformation is closely related to curing degree and curing shrinkage of resin. When the asymmetrical surface appears on the inner surface of opening cylinder,the warping deformation of workpiece can be effectively reduced. However,when the asymmetrical surface appears on the outer surface,the warping deformation is increased.
