摘要
通过对12Cr1Mo V异质接头进行分析,运用DMADOV流程来提高焊接质量,对焊接过程中产生缺陷的原因进行分析,确定了焊接工艺优化方案,并对其进行验证。对焊接过程的主要缺陷类型进行定性、定量分析,运用有限元法对焊接过程进行焊接模拟,对相关的工艺参数进行优化改进。结果表明,焊接缺陷的成因是多方面的,焊接缺陷最主要的影响因素是焊接工艺参数的设置,通过对焊接工艺参数设置的优化可以提高焊接质量,其中焊接过程中是否进行焊前焊后热处理以及焊接过程中的管理水平也非常重要。
Through analysis of 12Crl MoV heterogenic joint, the welding quality was improved by using the DMADOV process. The causes of welding defects were analyzed, and then the optimization scheme of welding process was determined and verified. The welding defects were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed, at the same time, using the finite element method to simulate welding and improve related process parameters. The results showed that the causes of welding defects are various; the welding defects are mainly affected by the welding process parameters. The welding quality level can be enhanced through the setting optimization of the welding process parameters. In the process of welding, the welding management level and the heat treatment after or before welding are also very important.
