摘要
当前公安院校思想政治理论课实践教学面临着教学体系不健全、组织实施难度大,教学资源匮乏、师资力量薄弱,教学模式单一、教学效果不明显等诸多困境。其原因既有思想认识方面的误区,也存在实践教学设计不足、教学内容缺乏深度整合与优化、教学管理机制不健全等制约因素;针对目前的困境,应进一步明确思政课实践教学的价值取向,转变教育理念,同时着力创新实践教学模式,优化实践教学内容,整合警地教学资源,增强实践教学师资力量,建立、健全实践教学管理机制。
At present, the ideological and political course police colleges have many difficulties, such as incomplete teaching system, deficient teaching resources, weak faculty, simplex teaching pattern and slight effect. The causes include misunderstanding, lack of teaching design and deep integration and imperfect teaching management mechanism. To solve these problems, we should elarify the value orient of ideological and political course, change the concept of education, create new practical teaehing mode, improve teaching contents, integrate teaching resources, strengthen faeulty and perfect the teaching management mechanism.
