摘要
针对某热电厂6号炉排烟温度过高的问题,从空气预热器换热面积、空预器出口两侧烟道的通流面积、受热面清洁程度以及炉膛火焰中心高度等方面进行分析,找出原因并提出了处理措施。分析结果表明:空气预热器换热面积设计偏小,空预器出口两侧烟道的通流面积不相同,炉内喷钙脱硫使锅炉受热面脏污以及炉膛火焰中心偏高等因素是引起6号炉排烟温度过高的原因。
Aiming at the problem of the flue gas temperature too high of No.6 boiler in a power plant, arialyzes the heat exchanging area of air preheater, the flue flow area on both sides of air preheater outlet, the clean-up degree of heating surface and the height of furnace flame center, etc., finds out the reasons, and puts forward treatment measure. The analysis result shows that: the main reasons of flue gas temperature too high of No.6 boiler are that small of air preheater exchanging area design value, different flue flow area on both sides of air preheater outlet, boiler heating surface dirtiness and furnace flame center on the high side.
