摘要
炉内喷钙脱硫技术是一种低成本的脱硫技术.本文描述了炉内喷钙脱硫理化反应机理和模型,在一台15万大卡的一维煤粉燃烧试验炉上进行了直接喷射吸着剂脱硫试验,当Ca/S≈2左右时,脱硫效率达到56~74%.此外,还提出一维简化数学模型,计算与试验结果误差在10%以内.
; Ca-based absorbent injection into the furnace is a low cost desulphurization technology. This paper describes the research on chemical and physical reaction mechanism and model in-furnace by using of Ca-based absorbent for capture SO2, experiments of desulphurization have been carried out in a 0.15 million kcal/h thermal capacity one-dimensional coal combustion test facility, 56% to 74% sulfur removal rate can be achieved while Ca/S was about 2 . A simple one-dimensional mathematics model have been developed, the error within 10% can be get between theory and experimental results.
