摘要
[目的]获得食用菌菌种澳-1的相关生理生活特性,为以后的栽培出菇打下基础。[方法]进行母种、原种培养基配方的对比试验,对原基形成条件进行探索。[结果]得出该菌为一种高温型的恒温结实型草腐菌,需要较丰富的营养,机械刺激能加快原基的形成和数量。[结论]研究结果为澳大利亚引进种澳-1栽培提供了基础借鉴。
[Objective]The aim was to obtain the relevant physiological life characteristics of edible fungi Australia-1, for laying the foundation for future cultivating nmshrooms. [Method] The formation conditions of primordium were explored , through the medium of parent species and seed comparative test. [Result] The results showed that the bacteria was a constant temperature type strong grass rot fungi, which need to be rich in nutrition .Mechanical stimulation could accelerate the formation and the number of primordia. [Conclusion] The resuhs provided references for Australia introduction edible fungi Australia-1.
