摘要
[目的]探讨观果玫瑰花粉活力和柱头可授性变化规律,为观果玫瑰的有性繁殖和人工杂交育种提供理论依据。[方法]采用醋酸洋红染色法测定花粉活力,用联苯胺—过氧化氢法测定柱头可授性。[结果]同一品种的花粉活力在花朵开放后4天内差异明显,12个品种花后1天花粉活力最高,其中8个品种在花朵露色时即表现有活力,不同品种间的花粉活力差异表现明显。[结论]观果玫瑰人工授粉最佳时期为开花后1至3天,且选作母本材料需在花朵露色时即去除雄蕊;
[Objective] The aim was to investigate the variation of pollen vitality and stigma reeeptivity on ornamental fruit rugosa.h wouhl provide theory evidence at sexual propagation and artificial?cross breeding. [Method] The method was to use carmine aeetate dying method to detect pollen vitality anti benzidiue-H2O2, to test the stigma receptivity. [Result] The difference of the same variety pollen vitality was obvious in 4 days after bloom. 12 varieties pollen vitality was high in 1 day after bloom. 8 varieties pollen had the vigor at the flowers dew colors. The pollen vitality performance differences were significant. [Conclusion] The best period of ornamental fruit rugosa artificial pollination was during 1 to 3 days and the female parent should be removed stamen when the flowers dew colors.
