摘要
在介绍火龙果采后基本生理特性的基础上,分析影响火龙果采后品质的因素,综述国内外火龙果的保鲜技术研究进展及火龙果采后保鲜应用技术,旨在为促进火龙果产业发展提供有益参考。
Based on the introduction of postharvest physiology of Pitaya, factors influencing the postharvest quality of Pitaya were analysed, meanwhile the study progress of preservation technology and its application of pitaya during storage were summarized, with hope to provide a useful reference for development of Pitaya industry in China.
