摘要
印染废水组分复杂,具有水量大、降解难、色度高、毒性大等特点,是印染行业最主要的污染来源。通过分析印染废水污染特征,总结目前常用的物理法、化学法和生化法废水处理方法在实际应用中的优缺点。结合实际工作案例的应用情况,提出采用生化+物化联合处理法可以综合利用各自方法的处理优势,弥补各自工艺的不足,废水中COD、色度的去除率在90%以上。为此,对印染废水处理工艺提出优化建议,为印染行业建设项目环评及其他环保工作提供参考。
Printing and dyeing wastewater is the main pollution source in the printing and dyeing industry,and has complex components and characteristics of large quantity of wastewater,difficult degradation,high chroma and strong toxicity. This paper analyzes the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater,summarizes the pros and cons of current treatments. Combined with the application of the actual cases,this paper argues that biochemical and physical- chemical combined treatment can be comprehensive utilization methods of their processing advantages and make up for the deficiencies of each process,wastewater COD and chroma removal rate of over 90%. This paper puts forward suggestions on the treatment process of the wastewater based on practical working experience,and provides reference for the environmental impact assessment of construction projects and other environmental protect work in the printing and dyeing industry.
