摘要
本文以三种无机铁盐,对六种不同类型的染料水和印染废水进行絮凝脱色的研究表明:铁盐的脱色效果与其投加量和 pH 值关系极大。六种染料水脱色的结果是:三种疏水性染料的脱色率平均达90%以上,远远超过三种亲水性染料。三种铁盐的脱色次序是:PFS(聚铁)>FeCl_3<FeSO_4。印染废水絮凝加助凝后,脱色率平均达94.3%,COD的去除率平均达74.3%。处理后的印染废水无色、透明,达到排放标准。
In the experiment presented in this paper,three kinds of inorganic ferric coagulators have been separately applied to six sorts dyeing and printing wastewater to study their coagulating decoloration performance.The research results reveal that the decoloration effect of those ferric coagulators is obviously related to their dosing amount and pH value,and decoloration rate of the hydrophobic dyes is more than 90% on an average,greatly exceeding that of the hydrophilic dyes.Decoloration efficiency of the three ferric coagulators can be expressed in such an order as PFS>FeCl_3>FeSO_4.With the help of coagulant aid,the mean decoloration rate can rise as high as 94.3%,and the removal efficiency of COD reaches 74%. The treated water looks transparent and meets the effluent standard.
