摘要
面对企业转型发展的新形势,经济发展出现新常态,给政工干部带来了新的挑战。政工干部必须提高政治理论素质能力,做政治上的"明白人";必须提高懂生产、会管理的能力,做生产经营的"懂行人";必须具备真抓实干的能力,做干部员工的"贴心人";必须具备良好的道德品质,做勤政廉洁的"清白人"。
New situation of enterprise transformation and development and new normal of economic development bring new challenges to political workers. They are required to enhance their political theory quality, know about production and have management skills, adhere to a down--to--earth working style and stay close to the employees and be of integrity.
