文章按照管理学和行为科学的原理和知识,探讨了基层党务工作者在新的历史时期,在现代企业管理中应该具备哪些能力,才能适应现代企业管理的特点,才能发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范带头作用,才能引导企业员工树立正确的人生观,激发广大企业员工爱岗敬业、努力工作,使广大企业员工成为现代企业的主人,有效地促进企业目标的实现。
According to management science and behavioral science principle and knowledge, this article will express the writer＇s viewpoint on the function of the party affairs staff in basic units .Under the new historical period, which abilities should the party branch of CCP have in the modem business management, in order to adapt the modem business management, to display the fight fortress function of the party branch and the leading, model role of party members, to guide the enterprise staffs to set up the cor- rect outlook on life, to stimulate them to love their profession and work diligently, make them to become the masters of the mod- em enterprise, and finally to promote effectively the business goal to be realized.
