摘要
目的:分析福建省社会资本举办医疗机构的发展现状。方法:以福建省卫生和计划生育委员会发布的卫生统计年鉴数据为基础,从公立和社会办医疗机构数、床位数、卫生技术人员、地区分布等角度分析,并将社会资本举办的医疗机构和公立医疗机构的发展情况进行对比。结果:2013年全省社会办医疗机构1112家,床位总数6953张,卫生人员12920人,门急诊人次和住院人次分别为7946198人次和194577人次。社会资本举办医疗卫生机构沿海发展快,内陆发展慢。结论:目前,该省社会办医疗机构在所有医疗机构中的占比仍然偏小,床位规模小,卫生技术人员资源匮乏,与公立医疗机构相比市场竞争力不足,且区域发展不平衡。
Objective ： To analyze the current situation of the development of private medical institutions in Fujian province. Methods： National health statistics yearbook were chosen to be the database, the analysis from the number of medical institutions, beds, human resource, and the regional distribution, and to compared the current development situation of private medical institutions and the public medical institutions. Results： In 2013, the province＇s private medical institutions is 1112, number of beds is 6953, human resource is 12920, the private medical institutions outpatient service and inpatients are respectively 7 946198 and 194577, social capital held by medical and health institutions of coastal development fast. Conclusion： At present, the private medical institutions in all medical institutions in the proportion is still small in the beds, human resources, compared with the public medical institutions are lack of market competitiveness, and the department of regional development equilibrium.
