介绍了国内外橡胶撕裂强度测定的标准,这些标准也适用于聚氨酯弹性体撕裂强度的测定。讨论了化学结构和外界条件对聚氨酯弹性体撕裂强度的影响,化学结构包括软段、硬段及交联,外界条件包括合成方法、加工温度、退火等。
The standards determining tear strength of rubber at home and abroad are introduced. These standards are also suitable for determining tear strength of polyurethane elastomer. The influence of chemical structure and external conditions on tear strength of polyurethane elastomer is discussed. The chemical structure includes soft segment, hard segment and cross-linking. The external conditions include synthesis method, processing temperature, anneal and so on.
