摘要
为研究以废弃橡胶和废弃塑料为原料制备的RPR型温拌剂对沥青性能的影响,通过针入度、软化点、延度、布氏粘度、低温弯曲梁流变试验以及旋转薄膜烘箱老化试验,分别研究了70~#基质沥青以及RPR温拌改性沥青的感温性能、高温性能、低温性能、耐老化性及储存稳定性,评价了RPR温拌改性沥青的温拌及粘温特性。试验结果表明,RPR温拌剂可降低沥青的拌和温度,RPR温拌沥青低温性能及温拌特性优越。
In order to study the influence of RPR additives made from waste rubber and plastic on asphalt performance, the temperature susceptibility, high temperature performance, low temperature performance, anti-aging performance and stabilization of the 70 # matrix asphalt and RPR modified asphalt were tested by the penetration, softening, ductility, Brookfield viscosity, BBR and RTFOT aging tests. It also evaluated the warm mix and viscosity characteristics. In conclusion, RPR additives lower the mixing temperature of asphalt, and the low temperature performance and warm mix characteristics of RPR modified asphalt are excellent.
