摘要
自21世纪初出版单位转企改制以来,出版业的发展取得了辉煌的成就。然而,有些出版单位在如何正确处理社会效益和经济效益、占领市场与文化使命的关系上发生了一些偏离。在建设社会主义文化强国的新形势下,出版人应该有些什么样的责任与担当,这是当前我国出版业面临并且需要解决的重要课题。从为什么要讲出版人的责任与担当、出版人应该有怎样的责任与担当以及出版人应该如何践行所肩负的责任与担当等三个方面作一些粗浅的探讨。
Since the early 21st century ,the publishing industry translated enterprise and changed mechanism ,which has made bril- liant achievements. However, some publications have some deviation on how to deal with social benefits and economic benefits, and the relationship betueen market and culture. In the construction of socialist culture power under the new situation, the publisher should have what kind of responsibility and duty, which is the important subjeet need to be solved and the publishing industry faces in our country. This article attempts to discuss from three aspects:why to discuss the publisher' s responsibility and duty, the publishers should have what kind of responsibility and duty, and how to practice.
