摘要
合作伙伴的选择是建立战略合作伙伴关系的重要步骤,文章在总结供应链合作伙伴选择准则和方法的基础上,阐述了运用灰色理论的灰色关联分析方法来选择合作伙伴的步骤,并通过实例进行了有效的验证,最后得出:灰色关联度分析是合作伙伴选择的有效分析工具和手段之一。
It is important step to establish the strategic relationship of cooperation partner while the partner need be setected. In this paper, this article have briefly statement for cooperation partner＇s selection based on the historical methodology, and stated the step for the method of GRA to select partner based on grey relatiunship theory, then the methodology is verified by used of physical examples, finally, the result is that it is good and effective method and tools to evaluate and select supply chain partner.
