摘要
针对ZL203-S铸造Al-Cu合金抗拉强度和伸长率相对较低的特点,在Al-Cu合金平衡图的基础上,通过金相组织研究及热处理工艺实验,找出了该合金的强化规律以及影响强化的主要因素。结果表明,强化处理后铸造铝铜合金的抗拉强度和伸长率均得到了较大幅度的提高,大大拓展了其应用范围。
Aiming to the characteristics of low tensile strength and elongation of ZL203-S casting Al-Cu alloy, the strengthening mechanism and the main factors influencing the reinforcement of the alloy were found out by microstructttre investigation and heat treatment process experiment. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the casting Al-Cu alloy are significantly improved after strengthening treatment, and the application range is greatly expanded.
