苏州地区12~14岁儿童固定矫治后釉质脱矿的临床调查 被引量:6

An evaluation of enamel decalcification following orthodontic treatment with fixed appliance

摘要 目的:调查苏州地区12~14岁儿童正畸固定矫治完成后釉质脱矿情况。方法:分层抽样调查12~14岁正畸患者120例共2862牙,于固定矫治结束后进行口腔检查,记录脱矿发病率、好发牙位以及脱矿牙数(脱矿率)。同时以非正畸治疗组12—14岁口腔健康儿童120名共2876个牙作为对照组进行临床观察。结果:①发病率和脱矿率治疗组分别为39.1%、18.3%,对照组分别为4.1%、5.3%,两组相比差异显著(P〈0.05);治疗组与非治疗组中,男、女脱矿发病率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);②脱矿率上颌侧切牙(34.1%)、上颌中切牙(33.3%)、上颌尖牙(27.5%)、下颌前磨牙(17.4%)、下颌侧切牙(7.5%)、下颌中切牙(5.8%);③脱矿部位集中在托槽龈方釉质面上以及牙颈部。结论:正畸固定矫治后釉质脱矿发生率较高,在临床工作中要加强121腔卫生宣教及规范临床操作。 AIM: To investigate enamel demineralization following orthodontic treatment with fixed appli- ance. METHODS: 120 patients aged 12 ~ 14 years with 2862 teeth after orthodontic treatment with fixed applince and 120 age and gender matched controls with 2876 teeth without orthodontic treatment were included. RESULTS : The in- cidence of demineralization of the subjects, after the treatment and the controls was 18.3% and 5.3% respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no difference between sexes in both groups (P 〉 0.05 ) . The most susceptible teeth to deminer- alization were maxillary lateral incisor(34.1% ), maxillary incisor( 33.3% ) and canine(27.5% ), mandible premolar (17.4%), mandible lateral incisors (7.5%) and mandible incisors (5.8 % ). The most susceptible area was dental cervix and that surrounding the bracket. CONCLUSION: There is a significant increase in enamel demineralization after orthodontictreatment with fixed appliance.
