摘要
目的对影响正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的因素进行分析，并探讨相应的防范对策。方法随机抽取2013年3月。2015年3月共收治的46例正畸治疗患者，对其牙釉质脱矿的影响因素进行统计。结果正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿与性别、疾病种类不相关（P〉0．05），而与正畸酸蚀时间〉75S、牙齿位置及矫治器种类有关（P〈0．05）。结论托槽边缘粘结剂未去净、正畸酸蚀时间〉75s等因素均会导致牙釉质脱矿，临床工作者应对正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的影响因素进分析基础上提出相应的防范对策，以降低牙釉质脱矿的发生率。
Objective The influence factors of enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment were analyzed, and to explore the corresponding countermeasures. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital in 2013 March- 2015 March were treated 46 cases of orthodontic patients, the enamel off the influencing factors of ore statistics. Results Orthodontic treatment of enamel mineral and gender, types of diseases not related （P 〉 0. 05 ）, and orthodontie etch- ing time 〉 60 s, tooth position and appliance type related （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions Edge bracket bond not to net, orthodontic etching time 〉 60 s and would result in the enamel demineralization and clinical workers deal with orthodontic treatment in enamel off the influencing factors of ore analysis based on the proposed corresponding order to reduce enamel demineralization incidence rate of.
