摘要
目前我国对外武术教练员的培养机制尚未建立,探讨对外武术教练员知识与技术素质的重要构成因素,从而为培养对外武术教练员提供建议,通过文献资料、问卷调查和访谈在读留学生等方法进行研究,认为对外武术教练员应当具备的知识有运动人体科学专业知识、中西文化知识、武术专业知识和教育学专业知识;应当具备的技术素质有武术专业技术、武术基本功、动作编排与示范技术、教学组织技术和外语技术,研究还对对如何提升这些素质做出一些针对性的建议。
The training mechanism of Wushu coaches for foreigners has not been established in China. To provide suggestions for training the coaches, this paper uses literature data, questionnaire and interviews to explore the components of the coaches＇ professional knowledge and technical ability. The study shows that a qualified Wushu coach for foreigners should be equipped with the professional knowledge of human body science, western and Chinese culture, martial arts expertise and specialty of pedagogy as well as the technical quality of Wushu professional technology, basic skills of martial arts, action choreography and technology demonstration, teaching organization and foreign language skills. And finally, some suggestions on how to improve these technologies are put forward.
