摘要
循环肿瘤细胞（CTCs）是一类可进入血液循环的肿瘤细胞，其与肿瘤的远处脏器转移关系密切。既往研究结果表明胰腺癌患者血液中可检测到CTCs，而且可能对胰腺癌的临床分期、评估预后及疗效监测有帮助。现对CTCs的检测方法及其在胰腺癌诊断、治疗及预后方面的研究进展作一综述。
Cireulati-ng tumor cells （CTCs） are tumor cells that have acquired the ability to enter the circulato- ry system; this cell population is ultimately responsible for the development of metastases in distant organs. Some previously reported studies of the clinical relevance of CTCs detection in pancreatic cancer patients. There is evidence that CTCs also helpful in determining tumor stage, assessing prognosis, monitoring therapy response in pancreatic cancer patients. Now this article review various detection procedures of CTCs, and its advancements of diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in pancreatic cancer patients.
