摘要 目的总结循环肿瘤细胞在乳腺癌诊治中的应用研究进展。方法采用文献复习的方法,对乳腺癌循环肿瘤细胞在乳腺癌中的应用研究进展的相关文献加以综述。结果对早期乳腺癌患者,循环肿瘤细胞检测可发现高危复发和转移人群;对复发转移性乳腺癌患者,循环肿瘤细胞检测可以评估辅助化疗的疗效及患者的预后。探究循环肿瘤细胞的分子特征有助于了解肿瘤的转移机理及寻找新的治疗靶点。结论循环肿瘤细胞在乳腺癌的治疗中具有重要作用,但将其应用于临床尚需多中心、大型前瞻性临床研究论证。 Objective To summary the advance of circulating tumor cells in breast cancer. Methods Through reviewing the related studies,a series of clinical studies on advance of circulating tumor cells in breast cancer were reviewed. Results For early breast cancer patients,the detection of circulating tumor cells could find patients at high risk of recurrence and metastasis. For metastatic breast cancer patients,it could assess the efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy and predict the prognosis. To explore the molecular characteristics of circulating tumor cells could help to understand tumor transfer mechanism and seek new therapeutic targets. Conclusion Circulating tumor cells play an important role in the treatment of breast cancer,but many multi-center prospective studies are needed to ensure whether circulating tumor cells can be used in clinical practice.
