摘要 考虑不同相位角处滚珠所受离心力及摩擦力的影响,建立了双螺母预紧式滚珠丝杠副多自由度动力学模型,该模型不再基于所有滚珠受力相等和运动相同的假设,使用蠕滑力模型来表征滚珠与滚道接触界面间的摩擦力;利用经验模态分解(EMD)包络分析方法进行了滚珠丝杠副振动信号撞击频率的提取,与理论计算结果进行对比,对动力学模型进行了验证;分析了丝杠转速、轴向载荷、滚道曲率比和导程对滚珠丝杠副摩擦力的影响规律。 After establishing a proper friction force model to define the slip component between the ball and raceways, instead of assuming that all balls in the ball screw were equally loaded and run at the same speed,a multi degree of freedom dynamic model of the double nut preload ball screw was developed. The impact frequency of bails on the cover of the returning tube was obtained by using with the EMD and envelope method. Through theoretically calculated values with the experimental measured values of ball impact frequency the correctness of the established dynamics model was verified. The effects of screw rotational speeds, axial loads, pitch and curvature ratio on the friction of ball screws were investigated.
