摘要
基于Hertz接触理论,建立丝杠滚道存在单一点蚀故障的滚珠丝杠副动力学模型.考虑滚珠通过点蚀缺陷时接触变形量的变化,对丝杠滚道存在点蚀故障的滚珠丝杠副动力学响应进行仿真,分析了滚珠丝杠单一点蚀缺陷引起的振动特性.理论分析表明:滚珠通过点蚀缺陷时,滚珠、丝杠及螺母之间产生周期性冲击现象,且频率响应中低频段峰值频率与滚珠通过丝杠滚道的特征频率及其倍频相对应.最后,实验结果进一步验证了滚珠丝杠副故障振动模型的有效性,所建模型可用于滚珠丝杠副点蚀故障特征提取及诊断.
Based on the Hertz contact theory, a model of ball screw with a single localized defect in screw raceway was established. The variation of the contact deflection was considered when the roll- ing element pass the defect, the dynamic response of the ball screw with a single localized defect in screw raceway was simulated and the characteristics of vibration caused by a single localized defect in screw raceway was analyzed. Theoretical analysis shows that periodic impact phenomenon occurs among the roiling element, screw and nut when the rolling element pass the defect, and the peak fre- quencies in low frequency region are equal to the frequency of rolling element passing the defect and its multiple frequencies. Finally, experimental results verify the validity of the ball screw vibration model with a single localized defect. So the model can be used for feature extraction and fault diag- nosis of localized defect in screw raceway.
