摘要
借鉴氯碱工业离子膜法电解工艺,研发了一种可现场制备高浓度次氯酸钠溶液的发生器。所研发的次氯酸钠发生器盐耗低于2kg/kg,有效氯浓度可达8%,并有效解决了运行管理中氯气泄漏的问题。该次氯酸钠发生器可用于灾区饮用水消毒以及环境消毒,消毒剂按需生产,无需运输和储存,不存在后期处理困难的问题。
Based on the ion-exchange membrane electrolytic process of chlor-alkali industry,a new ion-exchange membrane sodium hypochlorite generator was developed in this paper.Results indicated that the new generator could produce sodium hypochlorite concentration higher than 8% with salt consumption fewer than 2kilograms per kilogram available chlorine.This generator could solve the problem of chlorine leakage effectively in operation management and also suitable for water and environment disinfection in disaster areas.
