摘要
介绍了氯碱行业中广泛应用的离子膜电解槽的重要部件———离子交换膜的作用原理及组成 ,阐述了离子膜法电解较之一般惰性隔膜法电解的优点 ,通过各公司生产的离子交换膜在应用过程中出现问题的分析 ,对离子交换膜的进一步改进和国产化提出了研究的方向 。
The principle and composition of the ion exchange membrane were introduced in this paper, which is the important part of the ion exchange membrane cells widely applied in the chlor-alkali industry.It explained the electrolysis virtues of ion exchange membrane method compared with diaphragm one.Through the analyzing the problems of the ion exchange membrane produced by each company in the application process,it will put forward the way of study for further improvment of the ion exchange membrane and nationalization.The nationalization of the ion exchange mambrane has tremendous economic value.
