三维空间对企业内生创新的知识流溢出机理及其实证研究——基于开放创新视角 被引量:4

Empirical Research on the Mechanism of Knowledge Flow Spillover Effect of Three-dimensional Space on Enterprise Endogenous Innovation——From the Open Innovation Perspective

摘要 基于空间经济学与开放创新视角,对企业创新的外部环境和空间结构进行系统性梳理,厘定企业创新三维空间的概念;将"知识流"作为重要维度纳入企业创新与三维空间之间动态反馈机制的研究,形成对三维空间、知识流、企业内生创新互动机理的系统性认识,并通过结构方程模型进行实证。研究发现:经济空间、地理空间、人文空间共同构成了企业外部知识流动的三维空间;开放式创新系统中,企业的边界是非严格的,为外部性知识的溢出、扩散、渗透提供了可能;三维空间与企业内生创新之间通过知识流中介实现系统动力学动态交互。 From the space economics and open innovation perspective,this paper hackled the external environment and space structure of enterprise innovation systematically,and established the concept of enterprise innovation three-dimensional space. It integrated the knowledge flow into the research of the dynamic feedback mechanism between enterprise innovation and three-dimensional space,formed the systematic understanding about the interaction mechanism among three-dimensional space,knowledge flow and enterprise endogenous innovation,and conducted an empirical analysis by structural equation model,providing the theory basis for enterprise innovation decision-making. Result showed that economic space,geographical space,and humanistic space constituted the three-dimensional space of enterprise external knowledge flow; in the open innovation system,the boundary of the enterprise was strict,and it provided the possibility for spillover,diffusion and infiltration of the external knowledge; three-dimensional space and enterprise endogenous innovation achieved the dynamic interaction of system dynamics through the knowledge flow.
