摘要
党的政治规矩是党员、干部的政治底线,一旦游离政治规矩,突破政治底线,就必然要走向错误乃至腐败;党的政治规矩是维系党内团结、保持党的先进性的政治生命线,一旦规矩松弛,失去应有的约束力,必然会危及党内团结,破坏党内政治生态,损害党的先进性乃至党的生命。党的政治规矩与党内政治生态相辅相成、密切关联:严守党的政治规矩,是优化党内政治生态的最重要环节;优化党内政治生态,必须从严守党的政治规矩抓起。政治规矩既表现为政治制度、政治纪律等"硬形态",又表现为政治文化、政治心理、政治习惯等"软形态";严守党的政治规矩,既要切实加强政治制度和政治纪律建设,又要破除长期以来官场上形成的某些灰色政治心态。
Political regulations of the Party are the bottom line for Party members and cadres. Once they break through these regulations, it is inevitable that they make mistakes and even go corrupt. These regulations of the Party are the lifeline to maintain the unification of the Party and to keep its advanced status. Once loosened, they lose their regulatory powers, which will surely lead to the disruption of Party unification, to the damage of the Party＇s political ecology, and to the smash of the advancement of the Party even its fate. The political regulations and the political ecology of the Party form an organic unity, and are closely related with each other. Strictly keeping to these regulations is a pivotal ring for an optimized political ecology of the Party. The optimization of Party ecology must start from a strict observation of Party regulations. Political regulations take such ＂solid forms＂ as political codes and disciplines, and political culture, political psychology, political habits and the llke ＂soft forms.＂ Keeping to the political regulations of the Party means an effective construction of political system and discipline, and the breakdown of the grey political psychology in the official norms formed in a long time as well.
