摘要 针对合作对U型装配线生产效率的影响展开研究。利用贝叶斯网络理论和模糊逻辑推理进行了合作中的情绪建模,给出了引发情绪的各种事件的评价方法,在此基础上建立了基于合作的工人行为模型;从管理层可控的角度出发对合作策略进行了设计;利用正交试验设计对合作策略进行了仿真分析,根据分析结果对现有合作策略进行了优化,并对其进行了仿真验证。研究表明,良好的合作策略能够有效提高U型柔性装配线的生产效率。 Aiming at the influence of cooperation on production efficiency of U shaped assembly line,the cooperation emotion was modeled by using Bayesian network theory and fuzzy logic reasoning theory.The assessment method of each event which aroused emotion was proposed,and the cooperation-based behavior model was proposed.Cooperation strategy was designed from the perspective of management control,which included cooperation communication style,communication time interval,operation error,cooperation prerequisite,cooperator's location and cooperative task allocation.The simulation analysis of different strategy items combination was carried out by orthogonal experiments design,and the current cooperation strategy was optimized according to above analysis.The simulation results showed that the good cooperation strategy could improve the production efficiency of U shaped assembly line effectively.
