摘要
浙江省宁波市灵桥是一座省级文物保护桥梁,自1936年建成至今已运行70余年,已达到设计使用年限并超期服役,近些年来经历多次船撞事故,通过对灵桥的检测也发现其很多构件出现严重的开裂、锈蚀等病害,拱肋偏斜程度也在逐年增加,为保护桥梁的文物价值和满足交通需求,确定对灵桥进行加固维修。通过对灵桥主要病害情况进行分析,采用最大限度的保护桥梁文物价值并结合现行城市桥梁设计荷载等级的设计原则,主要介绍灵桥拱肋部分的加固设计,该桥拱肋构造复杂,加固设计中主要采取拱肋箱体内侧贴板加固的方式,对类似桥梁拱肋的加固设计有一定的参考价值。
Ningbo Ling Bridge, located in Ningbo City of Zhejiang province, is a provincial cultural relic: conservation bridge. It has reached the design life after more than 70 years' operation since 1936. In recent years, there were several vessel collision accidents occurring on the Ling Bridge. Through the detection of Ling Bridge, it was found that many of its components had serious diseases such as cracking, corrosion, and the arch rib deflection degree increased year by year as well. The Ling Bridge needed thorough reinforcement and repair. Based on the analysis of main disease, combining with the design principle of the current design load level of city bridges and protecting maximum cultural relic value, this paper mainly introduces the reinforcement design of arch ribs of the Ling Bridge. The main arch rib reinforcement adopts the reinforcement design of pasting board inside of the rib, which has some reference value to the similar bridge.
