摘要
抗战时期,中国共产党面向广大青年开展了一系列卓有成效的统战工作。新形势下,青年统战工作肩负引导青年为实现中国梦不懈奋斗的时代重任。党在抗战时期的青年工作实践启示我们,新形势下的青年统战工作有必要成立中央青年工作领导小组为领导青年工作的最高决策机构,全面加强党对青年工作的领导;必须遵循青年统战工作的规律,把握青年统战工作的主动性,深入青年广泛开展调研,充分掌握新形势下的青年特点;必须讲究青年统战工作的方法,强化中国梦的凝心聚力作用,强化青年组织的团结服务作用,强化宣传教育的引导激励作用。
During the Anti Japanese War,the Communist Party of China had carried out a series of effective united front work for the majority of youth. Under the new situation,the youth united front work bears the responsibility to guide the youth to make unremitting efforts for the realization of the Chinese Dream. The youth work during the war of resistance against Japan gives us an inspiration that under the new situation,it is necessary to establish a central youth work leading group which will act as a supreme decision-making body to guide youth work as to strengthen the party’s comprehensive leadership to youth work; at the same time,we should follow the rules of youth united front work,grasp the initiative of it and carry out extensive researches among the youth to know their characteristics under the new situation. We should also pay attention to the methods of youth united front work,strengthen the cohesive force of Chinese Dream,as well as the unity function of the youth organizations and the guiding and incentive function of publicity education.
