摘要
文章从用户的角度分析开放获取期刊的使用意愿,由于用户的使用意愿受多因素影响,以感知风险理论与D&M信息系统成功模型为基础,引入财务风险、功能风险、心理风险、社会风险、时间风险、绩效风险、隐私风险7个风险因素,同时运用信息质量、系统质量、服务质量构建用户使用意愿理论模型。通过问卷调查获取重要数据,利用SPSS工具进行数据结果分析并验证所构建的模型。数据分析表明,7个风险因素均负向影响用户使用意愿,其中绩效风险与用户使用意愿具有回归关系;用户最重视的是信息质量指标下的期刊影响因子。
The article analyzes the usage intention of open access journals based on the users,and discusses the factors that influence the users’,usage intention. Based on perceived risk theory and D＆M information system success model,the seven influential factors, including financial risk, functional risk, psychological risk, social risk, time risk,performance risk,and privacy risk and information quality,system quality,service quality are added into the research to structure the theoretical model of users’ usage intention. We collect the important data by the way of questionnaires,using SPSS to analyze the data results and verify the structured model. The results show that the seven risk factors all have the negative influence to the users’ usage intention, and there is regression in performance risk and in users’ usage intention. What the users pay more attention to is the impact factor of journals under information quality.
