摘要
外文开放存取期刊集成服务系统是一个基于用户服务角度的在线服务平台,它收录了海量的外文开放存取期刊资源,并对资源进行了深度挖掘和揭示。文章从学科分布和学术质量评价两个角度对FOAS集成的开放存取期刊进行了统计分析,进而揭示FOAS的学术影响力,为图书馆在数字资源采购方面提供参考。
Foreign Open Access Journal Integrate System is an online service platform based on the view of customer service point, which contains vast amounts of open access resources, and it excavated and revealed these resources in depth. From the distribution of subjects and quality assessment, this paper statistical analysis these journals, and thus reveal the FOAS system has the academic influence.
