摘要
通过分析当前我国电镀小微企业园区安全生产现状,以WSR(物理一事理一人理)方法论为指导,构建了园区的安全管理系统模型。以镇江环保电镀专业区的实际情况为依据,在调查问卷的基础上,应用基于三角白化权函数的灰色评估方法对模型中的各级指标进行评估,得出园区总的安全管理水平以及需要改进的指标。旨在通过该方法为我国电镀小微企业园区安全管理工作指明重点,提高管理的水平和效率。
Through the analysis of current status of the safety production of small- and micro-sized electroplating enterprise park in China, a system model for its safety management was established by WSR (Wuli-Shili-Renli) methodology. Based on the reality of Zhenjiang Environment-friendly Electroplating Professional Area and the statistic data of a questionnaire, all the indexes of the model were evaluated by grey assessment method using a triangular whitening weight function. The overall safety management level of the park and some safety management indexes urgently needed to be improved were determined. The purpose of this method is to show clearly the key points of safety management for small- and micro-sized enterprise parks in China, and to improve the level and efficiency of their safety management.
