电镀工业园中废水处理工程的发展现状及展望 被引量:12

Development status and prospect of wastewater treatment engineering in electroplating industrial park

摘要 根据对国内电镀工业园的走访调查,从废水处理设施的营运模式(间断运营与连续运营)、工艺选择(包括化学法、化学法+生物法、化学法+膜处理系统+生物法、树脂交换+膜处理系统+生物法)、废水回用比例和园区营运等方面剖析了国内电镀工业园发展的现状及存在的问题。建议政府给予电镀工业园优惠政策、税收减免、资金和配套服务等支持。电镀工业园要高标准定位,实现零排放或90%以上的高回用,对有价值的金属资源要完全回收,无价值的金属资源要进行无害化处理。 According to the visiting and investigating on some electroplating industrial parks in China, the development status of electroplating industrial parks in China and the existing problems were analyzed in terms of operation modes of wastewater treatment facilities (including intermittent operation and continuous operation), process selection (such as chemical method, chemical + biological method, chemical method + membrane treatment system + biological method, and resin exchange + membrane treatment system + biological method), and reuse ratio of reclaimed water, and park running business. It was suggested that the government ought to provide a support for electroplating industrial parks from aspects of preferential policy, tax relief, capital investment, and service. An electroplating industrial park must ascertain orientation from high standard and perform zero discharge or high reuse ratio (not less than 90%) and strive to achieve complete reclamation of valuable metal resource and detoxification of the valueless metals.
