丙戊酸钠引起高氨血症脑病1例 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨丙戊酸钠引起高氨血症脑病的原因及治疗方法。方法对1例丙戊酸钠引起的高氨血症脑病的病例进行分析。结果丙戊酸钠可通过干扰尿素循环引起血氨升高,可导致高氨血症脑病。结论丙戊酸钠引起的高氨血症脑病有时可致命,应提高警惕。
