摘要
南红1号是由广东省农业科学院水稻研究所以优质籼稻品种五山丝苗为母本、红米品种软红米为父本杂交,经系谱法多代选择培育成的软性籼型红米新品种,2015年通过广东省品种审定。其糙米呈褐红色,产量高,抗稻瘟病,米质较好,直链淀粉含量13%~15%,米饭柔软可口。简要介绍了南红1号的特征特性及栽培技术。
Nanhong No. 1 was bred from the cross of Wushansimiao×Ruanhongmi by pedigree breeding method, and it was certified and released for commercial production in 2012 in Guangzhou province. Nanhong No. 1 is of high yielding, resistant to blast, good eating quality, and its brown rice is red-brown. The amylase content of Nanhong No. 1 is 13% - 15%, and is soft and delicious. In this paper, we introduced characteristics and cultivation techniques of Nanhong No. 1.
