摘要
某选厂铜锡浮选尾矿-0.074 mm粒级含量占55%,K2O品位为4.50%,主要以钾长石的形式存在。为回收利用其中的钾长石,进行浮选试验研究。采用稀硫酸调节矿浆p H值、HF为钾长石活化剂、油胺为捕收剂,在条件试验确定的最佳工艺参数下,经1粗2精1扫浮选闭路试验,最终可获得产率为24.68%、K2O品位为8.53%、回收率为46.20%的钾长石精矿,产品满足陶瓷工业对钾长石产品质量的技术要求。试验结果为选铜尾矿二次资源的综合利用提供了技术依据。
Some floatation tests were carried out to recover the potash feldspar with-0. 074 mm55% and K2 O 4. 5% from tailings of a copper ore dressing plant. Under the condition of dilute sulphuric acid as the p H regulator,hydrofluoric acid as activator of potash feldspar and oleylamine as the collector,close circuit test with single-stage roughing,double-stage cleaning and one-stage scavenging was conducted to produce concentrate of K2 O 8. 53% with the yield of 24. 68% and recovery of 46. 20%,which satisfied the quality requirements of potash feldspar products for ceramic industry. The experimental results made suggestions for the comprehensive utilization of copper tailings as secondary resources.
