摘要
提出一种基于最小二乘法原理的液压泵特性曲线的拟合方法,并用Visual Basic 6.0语言编制了曲线绘制用软件。利用该软件对试验数据进行处理并实现了特性曲线的绘制。试验结果表明,基于最小二乘法的液压泵特性曲线的拟合方法不仅可以快速地绘制出特性曲线,提高了试验效率,而且拟合误差较小、精度高,是一种较好的液压泵特性曲线的拟合方法。
Puts forward a kind of fitting method of the hydraulic pump characteristic curve based on least square method, and curve plotting software is compiled by using Visual Basic 6.0 language. The software is used to deal with test data and implement the characteristic curve of the drawing. Experimental results show that characteristic curve fitting on the basis of the least square method can not only fast map characteristic curve, improve the efficiency of the test, and the fitting error is small, the fitting precision is high, so it is a kind of good fitting method of hydraulic pump characteristic curves.
