摘要
以自主研发的某款特殊结构的M1类商用车3人座椅为对象,利用有限元方法建立模型,对法规试验进行仿真、失效判断。通过优化焊点的布置,提高该座椅上安全带固定点强度。该模型的准确建立可减少法规试验中白车身和座椅的消耗,降低研发成本。研究成果对类似的座椅法规试验分析及焊点优化布置有一定参考价值。
A detailed finite element analysis model of a commercial vehicle is given as an example, using the FEM to analyze the seat belt anchorage strength, discussing the accuration of the method that building the model,the estimation of failure and the analyzing of the seat belt anchorage strength. Through the analysis and contrast of mode made a prediction on whether the structure can meet the national standar GB 14167. Enhance region intensity by optimizing the spotweld layout of the seat,which has a guiding significance for this kind of seat,the reliable finite element model can reduce the cost and has a guidance for the analyzing of the seat belt anchorage strength.
