摘要
基于有限元法对某车型的发动机舱盖进行刚度和强度的分析与校核,使用片体简化舱盖数模,导入Hyper-Works有限元分析软件中,使用壳单元对分析模型进行离散化;以实际工况为依据,对模型所受到的力与扭矩进行加载。通过软件求得零件在各种工况下的应力和位移,通过计算求得弯曲刚度和扭转刚度;根据零件的安全系数校核各零件的强度,通过与参考车型发动机舱盖的刚度相比较,考量设计是否满足需求。
Based on the finite element method, the rigidity and strength of the engine room cover were analyzed and verified. Using simple model of sheet body in HyperWorks, one of the finite element analysis software, and using shell element, this paper discretized the analysis model. Based on the actual conditions, the force and torque to the finite element model were loaded. The paper also analyzed the stress and displacement of the components in different conditions by software, and calcu-lated the bending stiffness and torsional stiffness by formula. Verifying the strength of parts by safety coefficient, the paper compared the stiffness of the engine room cover of the reference vehicle model to consider whether the design meet the re-quirements.
