摘要
采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱技术对不同粮食中的硒含量的测定方法进行了研究。试验结果表明,微波消解时硝酸和盐酸的体积比在7∶3时,样品消解最为彻底;原子荧光光谱仪在灯电流为80mA、负高压为280V、载气流量为300 ml/min、屏蔽气流量为800 ml/min时,仪器的工作状态最佳;硒的标准工作曲线方程为I=139.44C-31.464,其相关系数为0.999 9;该方法的相对偏差为0.64%,回收率为98.6%~102.4%。实践证明,该方法准确度高,灵敏度好,能准确检测不同粮食的硒含量,为人们选择富硒食品提供了参考。
The method for determination of selenium in different kinds of grains by microwave digestion-AFS was researched. When the volume ratio of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid in the microwave digestion instrument was 7 : 3, the samples were best digested. The working state of the the atomic fluorescence spectrometer was as follows: the current of lamp was 80 mA, the negative high voltage was 280 V,carrier gas flow was 300 ml/min,shield gas flow was 300 ml/min. The equation of working curve of selenium was I= 139.44C-31. 464, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The RSD of this determination was 0.64% ,the recovery rate was 98.6% ~ 102.4%. The method had high accuracy and sensitivity,and could accurately detect the selenium content of different grain,which provided a reference for people choosing selenium enriched food.
