摘要 研究Vulcan84全自动样品消解和稀释系统与原子荧光光度法联用测定大米中的硒含量。以标准物质大米粉为研究对象,建立了Vulcan84全自动样品消解的最佳消解条件,确定了原子荧光光谱仪的最佳参数设置和氢化物发生条件。结果表明,在最佳条件下,硒质量浓度在0.5~10ng/ml范围内呈线性相关,相关系数为0.999 3,方法检出限为0.01mg/kg,相对标准偏差小于5%,为4.67%,加标回收率为98.6%~101.2%。该方法精密度较高,且自动化程度高、稳定性好、操作简便、灵敏度高,尤其在进行大批量样品检测时,其优势更加突出。 The determination of selenium contents in rice by using the system of Vulcan84 automatic digestion and dilution of sample and atomic fluorescence spectrometry was researched. Using the standard substance of rice powder as the object, it was established that the optimum digestion condition of Vulcan84 automatic digestion of sample, it was also identified that the optimal parameter settings and the occurrence conditions of hydride generation in atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Under the conditions, the concentration of selenium was linearly in the range of 0. 5~ 10 ng/ml, the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 999 3, the detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg, the relative standard deviation was 4.67%(〈5%) , and the recovery rate was between 98.6 % and 101.2 %. The method had advantages of high precision, high degree of automation, good stability, simple operation and high sensitivity, especially in dealing with large number of sample, its advantages were more oulstanding.
